Purchasing from NordicTrack was easy. I’d sent an email prior concerning some negative reviews that I had concerns with and I got a prompt response back. And then the process was easy from that point forward. Originally, when I purchased my equipment, I was told by the sales rep that the machine had a HDMI cable and I could cast off to a smart TV. And that was one of the really important factors of me purchasing the machine because I was comparing NordicTrack with a Peloton. It was very important that I have that feature to be able to cast off because when you’re doing exercise off the machine, even though it’s a big screen, you can’t see it from the floor. So, you wanted to be able to cast off onto a smart TV.

When my machine arrived, it did not have that. The sales rep was high up, so I was surprised that he didn’t know this. The thing’s a mammoth and I had a decision to make. Do I wanna send it back or not send it back? And at that point, I didn’t. https://rubaccorsac.tistory.com/14. But it did not make me happy that it did not have that HDMI port in it when I was told specifically by the senior sales rep that it did have. I’ve gotten an email confirming that as well. So, he apologized and said that they will make sure everybody understands that this machine does not have that. But there’s really nothing that could be done other than me sending the machine back. So, that was a negative. Because now, I can’t do on the floor workouts. You can do a complete workout on and off the treadmill with a trainer. And once you get off the treadmill and you’re on the floor doing the floor exercises, you cannot see it from the floor. Remove file type association windows 8 download. So, it’s a bummer.

It's just so bizarre that it didn’t have the HDMI cable. I suspect that the older models had the ability to cast off onto a smart TV. And when they went with bigger screens, maybe their point would be like, “Well, if the small screens have the ability to cast off on the smart TV, which could be a big TV, then why would someone buy this 32-inch monitor when they could just buy an older model and cast it off?” In thinking that, “Oh, because the 32-inch TV you could still do your exercises on the floor.” But you cannot. No matter where your position, you cannot see. And with the way that it’s tilted, you cannot do the floor exercises. So, I just don’t do the floor exercises. I just use it for running. And it doesn’t have a USB port to plug a cellphone in. It has an auxiliary port that I can just plug in for the coach in the unit itself. And you can listen to the coach. Now, the iFit is the only program you can use with it.

Also, this has nothing to do with NordicTrack, but the delivery guys did not want to deliver my machine. As a matter of fact, they went out of their way to try to convince me that this was not a residential unit and this needs to be sent back. And I was like, “Dude, I’ve been doing all my research on this.” He just didn’t wanna bring it around the house into the basement and complained the whole time. He was moaning, groaning and griping. I thought of calling NordicTrack, but this guy was scary looking. So, I really didn’t want them to send him back to my house. But if I had not done all my research on this, I would have thought maybe he was right.

Other than those, I am madly in love with the treadmill. It would have been better if it would have had the HDMI cable. I’m really super disappointed in that. But the actual treadmill, using the coaches, the incline, decline, the phenomenal shock, I’m pushing 50 miles a week and I could’ve never done that. I’ve always been a runner and always been an outdoor runner. I hated treadmills. I called them a dreadmill like everybody else that’s a runner. And now, I love it. I hardly ever run outside because there’s no impact to my knees, my hips, and my joints.

I did a lot of research on NordicTrack and there were negative reviews. And I hope they get that cleaned up because it’s a shame because the product itself is so good. And I’d narrowed it down between the Peloton and the NordicTrack, and I chose the NordicTrack over their competitors because of the Flex Belt. I knew I needed something that’s gonna be able to absorb the shock. And I really like the decline. It was like one of the few treadmills that had the negative six decline, and then the 40 incline. So, I wanted that ability to be able to get a really good workout. Also, if I wanted to burn some calories, and I was constrained by time, I could just do a higher incline. I bought the warranty on it, so I felt comfortable that I won’t have any problems with it. But that is specifically because of the features and the Flex Belt.

I purchased an incline trainer from NordicTrack, and I’m utilizing the one year free iFit membership. Once it was all established, there was some difficulty like getting it implemented, but then after it’s implemented, it’s been great. I really like the iFit trainer. It’s my favorite purchase that I’ve ever made. I haven’t done a lot of exercise equipment but I’ve exercised a lot. For 40 years, I’ve been to gyms and everything like that, and I really like the iFit trainer. I like that it has diverse workouts.

Ordering the iFit trainer is okay. But I did have some issues with the NordicTrack because when we got the first machine, it did not work. The belt motor had to be replaced. I was waiting for hours on hold just to reach a person to talk to to try to troubleshoot what was going on. And then the first time I troubleshooted, that had to be done during the hours that they were open. It wasn’t 24-7. I told them it looked to me like the issue was the circuit board but they said it was the motor. So then, we waited and finally we got the motor, and they said it was gonna be two months out before the tech could come and put it in, which was bad, too.

My husband is a heat and air tech. He works fine with crap like that. He put the motor in and then it wasn’t that so then we had to go through the whole process again of me having to stay on the phone. Then the rep said it was the circuit board and then it was back-ordered. So we got this before Christmas and so I was not able to even use the machine for four months. It was a long, extended wait time. And it was paid for. They had my money and I had no working machine.

Then something went wrong and they ended up having to come and just give us a ticket and then give us a new one. So there was more time off because I had to be there for the next people to come get it. For the people to pick it up, we had to wait. Somebody came and picked it up and then somebody had to bring a new one. It wasn’t all in one fell swoop. It was two different days. All of that should have definitely been more efficient and there should have been some reimbursement going on. That was very frustrating. That would definitely need to be improved upon. After I received a machine that actually worked and got the iFit trainer in, I love it. I tell everybody I love it. I’m really glad I waited because I love it. And I love the fact that when you get on that iFit trainer, you can learn from it. I especially like Tommy Rivers. He tells you all about all the flora and the fauna of wherever he’s at. I love that part of it as well.

NordicTrack's customer service at the beginning was horrible. They need to have more people answering the phone calls. If you’re selling a product, then you have to have the team to support it. I felt like they didn’t have the team to support it at that time, and that was not good. But I love the machine and I would definitely recommend anybody to get the machine. It’s amazing.

Once I decide to buy something, I do some searches and NordicTrack is one of the largest brands in the market. I didn’t know this brand and I compared different models but I decided to buy this particular model because of what it offered and also the price. The iFit membership came with the machine and the first year is free. I enjoy it and even if I don’t do it very often, when I do, I use it. The buying process was very efficient. Once I decided on what to buy, I just clicked through and it was very quick. Plus, the machine arrived within the expected time. This is the second best that NordicTrack offers, so the machine itself is quite solid. It is sturdy, which is what I expected. I spend that much money so I expect it to be a solid machine and it delivered that experience.

I'm okay so far with the workout variety but I don’t see a lot of choices. Especially when I run, I run through those cities versus a lot of countryside because the countryside looks similar everywhere. It doesn’t give me an impression whether you’re running in the country of Chile or some state in North America. The city carries a certain difference. They have different buildings and things that I could enjoy while running. They only have, for example, Milan. I wish it could be multiple trainers that do different routes so I could know the city much better.

I also tried the map thing but the first time I tried somewhere in Finland, it was just straight road. There was nothing around and it was boring so I stopped trying that kinda route. There was no trainer but just by Google map. There wasn’t much change in the Northern Europe road so, I didn’t try the second time. I wish I could because I heard that they provide lots of varieties and that the combinations are endless.

I tried the Life Fitness in the gym. They have those commercial-grade machine and I feel good running on those. NordicTrack seems comparable although I know that it is for personal use. It’s just a different market. I feel though that the belt is weak. When I run and if I change the slope, the machine starts to make some weird noise when I step on it. There’s some friction between the driver and the belt. This only happens when they change the slope. So, once the slope change is done, then that noise is gone. Maybe the belt is not thick enough. It’s not the machine itself but it’s related to the general design. Also, I like the way the fan is designed as well as the cup holder. It’s great. They could also improve on their heart monitor. I have a bike trainer and the machine uses a different protocol to communicate. Still, for the price, I’m happy with what I got and I would recommend NordicTrack.

NordicTrack had the product that we wanted and their price was fair. You can get an elliptical or a treadmill for a competitive price from something else, but there isn’t anybody else who is making the freestrider where you have an adjustable stride. All the other ones are the more professional and really expensive ones that you would be spending more than $3,000 on. So, we decided to buy from NordicTrack. The ordering process was super easy and I did everything completely through the online form. The longest bit of time was researching which products we wanted but navigating through the website was also easy and I didn’t have any trouble.

The NordicTrack is a heavy machine and I got a call from the freighter who brought it, so I knew when it was coming. I thought that it was going to be brought inside the house but they just brought it to the driveway, so we had to move it in. I never looked in to see if I had a misunderstanding about that, but it all worked out. The machine was too heavy for just my husband and I to get it in, so we ended up having to open it up and take it out piece by piece into the house. But the assembly was very reasonable. We made a couple of mistakes but it was because we were nearing the end and going too fast. And it didn’t end up being consequential.

Other than that, the iFit membership is the most amazing thing ever and I love it. However, I can't easily find all of the things that I can find online on the tablet embedded in the NordiTrack. Torrent adobe elearning suite 6.1. It could be that I haven't totally figured out how to access the programs through the it and I am still working on that. But for a little while, the tablet would have some glitch happen and it wouldn’t save my workout. That would be annoying sometimes because you get motivated by tracking how much you are doing. It would also spin the little spinny thing like it was thinking then it would say an error message and the workout not be saved. It wouldn’t count towards what it was tracking for you and that would happen occasionally.

Aside from that, I am 5-foot-6, which is the average height for most women, but the display screen is not adjustable and is set at an angle where sometimes the screen is dim for me. I have to bounce up or get on my tippy-toes to see it really clearly. I can still see it but if you are looking at a computer screen or TV and if you were at a side angle, it would be not very bright or even almost turning black and it shouldn’t be that way for me. Otherwise, the product is doing everything for me like I hoped it would. As for my husband, he has gone from not working out at all to having a regular habit of it and it has motivated him in other ways to get healthy, so it is good.

I am also totally blown away by the variety of workout that we could do on the NordicTrack. It is the coolest thing ever and I look forward to using it every day. The NordicTrack has been a great stress reliever as well and I feel like my posture has improved. It is super smooth and I haven't had any pain from joint impact. If people have arthritis, it would be really easy to use. I have been having some back pain since using it, but it is more because of the fact that I am getting fit, I have some other areas in my body that I need to work on, and I'm probably doing the one thing that isn’t great. Overall, NordicTrack has been a motivator towards making these health changes and I am now working out five or six days a week wherein before I was doing zero.

I've had NordicTrack machines since 2006. I've had three treadmills and I have an elliptical, and my machines have all lasted for about six years so the quality has been okay. But I had one that technically had a warranty for the frame and they wouldn't honor it. They decided that the frame wasn't a frame. So I got upset but still, NordicTrack is really the only game in town. So I replaced the treadmill with a new one.

It's the iFit software end where I have a lot of problems. They advertise that a lot with their machines. I bought my last elliptical in 2014 and I don't use it much. It worked well with the iFit for less than a year. But then they did a software change, screwed mine up and would never address it. They said they would look into it but I talked to them for three years and never got a response other than that. Nobody ever looked into it and I think they've stopped making that model. So their service for that was pretty bad. But they had usually been okay with the hardware service, except for the one with the treadmill.

My Commercial 1750 was purchased from NordicTrack online and I had a support person help me because I originally ordered one and then upgraded. The person was helpful but I don't like NordicTrack's false advertising in the website. They've had that problem for years too. The page said the unit would come with a heart rate strap but it didn't. But it was in the chat history with the person I talked to so they honored it. They also apologized for not having the HDMI because the website and the manual say it has it. This unit is working fine but they've made it worse. They took away some features and changed a couple things from the previous model. You used to be able to map workouts on a TV over Wi-Fi or with an HDMI cord, and they took both of those away.

So many people wanna buy connected treadmills and everybody tells them not to buy NordicTrack because the machine is okay but they have a closed system. They won't let you work with these other apps. So that's getting easier everywhere else but harder at NordicTrack. So it's gonna hurt the business. There's starting to be a lot of competitors too. With one of the big software services, people have even done a hack where they intercept the Wi-Fi signals and you can use the other software systems. But in the newest models, NordicTrack took away that feature where you can look at your live work on TV away. They changed the way that works and it doesn't work. But if NordicTrack would open up their software to work with others, they would dominate. Nobody else would sell a treadmill.

I had a previous treadmill from ICON, and I wanted to upgrade. I bought NordicTrack online which was real easy. We got it within two weeks, and that was quick enough. I paid the $125 for them to assemble and the whole experience was good. I've had the treadmill for two years now and it still works fine. With iFit, I use it seven days a week and it makes walking on a treadmill way less boring because you can see other places in the world that are interesting and fun.

Everything went very smoothly when I bought my NordicTrack online. I like it so much and I would recommend it. I've already told others about it. I use it not as often as I like because I travel a great deal, but whenever I'm home, I use it three times a week. I've had NordicTrack before and NordicTrack is great. It's easy to use and it's very smooth. It's got everything that I need and I really enjoy the iFit program. The workouts are very good.

We ordered a NordicTrack online and it was very easy to do and it took a matter of minutes. They had a bunch in stock in a neighboring town and it only took about a week to get delivered. Then the delivery people set it up for us. The style is unique and it works really well. I like it a lot. It takes a couple of times to get used to, but it's very easy to use. And you could do different types of exercises on it. The iFit Membership was good. We got one for a year and my mom used it quite a bit. I’ll recommend NordicTrack to friends and family who are looking into getting a new exercise machine.

I bought a lot of cheap treadmills in the past and they didn't last. I did a lot of research and I wanted something that was going to last sort of longer than a couple of years. I liked the fact that NordicTrack had the iFit program on it to kinda walk you through it. For the one I got, I liked how big the screen was. They delivered on time and they pretty much worked with me with what worked for when they were gonna be in the area.

I got a year free of iFit membership from my NordicTrack purchase. It's all I use with it and it's pretty easy. I am getting myself back into running so I started with one of the beginner runner series, and I wish there was a way to kinda guide me through. If you're a beginner, what would be recommended that would be nice to do next. It's a little overwhelming 'cause there are so many amazing programs on there. It would be good to know what might be the next best stuff 'cause some of them are like intense level.

I purchased a commercial treadmill from NordicTrack for $2500. It's been several weeks and still no treadmill. At the time of purchase I indicated I wanted it placed upstairs when delivered. When they came XPO--said they would need a 3rd person and approval from ICON (vendors from NordicTrack?). I have called both multiple times and was recently told I would have to wait 4-6 weeks just to get a response. On Thursday I was literally yelled at!!! When I called NordicTrack they gave me a number to cancel. They have a cancellation policy and fee I plan to fight through my bank--can't make up the lost time from work waiting for this thing!!! Peloton Tread here I come!!!
